Vijay and Anita are studying in the same college along with Vicky, son of Sangram Singh, the well-known club-owner. Vicky earns the top most award by passing with copying tactics during examinations, but when the second prize is won by Vijay, he unfolds the secrets of Vicky and his father and prefers to accept the prize not by the hands of Sangram Singh but by the peon. Upon this gesture of him only Anita applauses. Mahesh, father of Anita is a foremost gambler, whose status Sangram Singh benefit of, even at the cost of Vanquished Mahesh losing his daughter at the stakes at Rupees Ten lakhs. At the gamble it is decided that if Mahesh does not pay up Rupees Ten lakhs in a month's time, Anita would be whisked away by the winner.

Circumstantially, Vijay the lover of Anita also turns a gamble who pays up Rupees Ten Lakhs and suffers jail. So Anita becomes the delight of Sangram Singh's club. Again in order to liberate Anita, Vijay re-gambles after his release from Jail. Incidentally Sangram Singh son Vicky is killed in an accident Vijay is the target of police and henchman of Sangram Singh.
